Prof. Yehuda Adler, a Prof. of Cardiology, is the director of several medical leadership initiatives, and chairperson of major international an Israeli medical committees. He published over 200 articles in medical journals.
Prof. Yehuda Adler is a full Prof. of Cardiology at Tel Aviv University. He is a member of the Medical Committee, Magen David Adom, and a member of the Medical Committee of the Israeli Football Association. At Sheba hospital, Prof. Adler leaves his mark in many areas as he is the director of programs and committees, such as the Development of Medical Resources, the Talpiot Medical Leadership Program and the Sheba Hospital Internship Committee and the Director of Health Professions.
Prof. Adler is a leader of medicine on the international scene as well. He is the chairman of the 2015 guidelines of Pericardial diseases, European Society of Cardiology (ESC). He is a member of the Task Force for Pericardial Disease in Europe and wrote the world guidelines for pericardial disease in 2005, and member of the ESC’s Committee for Practice Guidelines and Policy Conferences Task Force on the Management of pericardial diseases. Prof. Adler is also a member of the European Society of Cardiology Nucleus and the ESC’s Committee for myocardial and pericardial diseases.
Prof. Adler is credited with publishing over 200 original articles in leading professional medical and research journals throughout the world. Prof. Adler is an active participant and speaker in international scientific meetings.
